This location does not have a drive thru or adequate parking or space for a line during busy hours. People get crunched waiting in between the doors. It was finally my turn to order today and the cashier was not friendly and messed up my order. Then they kept giving everyone's order to the wrong people and having to remake orders. We ended up with two coffees not made as ordered, an extra bagel and the wrong sandwich. We just gave up and left with the final try of our order. I have been twice to this location and I will never go to this location again. I will drive farther to go to another w a drive thru and better employees.

Typical Dunkin donuts where it takes a little too long to get your items and parking can be incredibly scarce at times. Munchkins are of course the bomb and you can buy them individually for 30 cents a piece which they don't tell you. Good for the kiddos.

I stopped by here during the work morning this week because well, honestly, its been a rough week and we all wanted donuts. I used a coupon because my co-worker had one and I bought 6 donuts and got 6 free. I ask for a mixture. The service was timely and friendly. The ladies behind the desk were pleasant. The product is my reason for 2 stars. If I'm going to partake in the caloric / fat expenditure of a donut, I want it to be worth it. DD are not worth the larger pant size I'd wear if I ate these. I sampled a few (bites) of different kinds: sour-cream (it can't even BEGIN to compare with donuts from Fragapones or my personal favorite, Becker's), pumpkin (dry), and glazed with chocolate frosting (also dry and pretty flavor-less). Over-all the donuts don't have good texture / flavor and I felt were pretty dried out. They'd be better with coffee, but aren't all donuts better with coffee? So, in my life and perhaps in yours, I'd skip the DD and hit up the local bakery for a "real" donut with some flavor and enjoy a "treat".

The morning crew is RUDE, NEGATIVE and ANGRY! Girl with hoop nose ring is NASTY! She is mean, plain and simple! She needs to loose her disgusting attitude at the door! Makes me cringe!

I've yet to taste a fresh donut. They are ALWAYS stale. I'm sure they're better in the morning hours but this IS a donut shop if I'm correct. So I know I shouldn't expect the best tasting donuts at 8 pm but it's sad that I have to go to giant eagle for donuts. Which by the way are amazing. Lol

Parking is horrible at any time of day! Horrible! Never once have they made my mocha iced coffee right, to much chocolate or the coffee is old. I have since started driving to the Fairview DD where they make it perfect! Nothing ruins my morning like lousy coffe. Also, Fairview's coffee is cheaper and they have a drive thru!

if I don't start my day here the rest of my day sucks, Mona Sheryl and Mary are THE BEST. too many new employees who don't focus on the regulars.
